Terms of service

These terms apply whenever you use 11prime.co.uk, create an account, buy a course, practice pack or membership, or use the parent forum. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

• • You must be 18 or over to create an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians managing their own child's 11+ preparation.
• • You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• • Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.

Purchases, pricing and refunds

• • Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT.
• • Course series, practice packs and bundles are digital products delivered instantly on purchase. Because you get immediate access to downloadable or streamable content, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once you access the content, in line with the regulations' digital-content exception.
• • Video courses can be refunded in full: email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. This is a voluntary promise on top of your legal rights, and it applies to courses, not to practice papers or membership.
• • Buying a video course makes you a founding student: free access to member features while we build and test them, and first chance to join membership at a founding-member discount when it opens. Features and timing may change, and free access ends when paid membership opens.
• • Gift codes can be redeemed once, by one account, for the item named when bought. The buyer can ask for a refund of an unredeemed gift code under the same terms as a course purchase.
• • If something you bought genuinely doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.
• • Membership is a recurring subscription, billed on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period, unless we say otherwise.

Using our content

Every video, worksheet and PDF is licensed for one family's own personal, non-commercial use — see our copyright notice for the full detail on what you may and may not do with it.

The parent forum

• • Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, spam, advertising of unrelated services, or sharing of other members' or children's personal details.
• • Don't post 11Prime material (worksheets, questions, videos) or anyone else's copyrighted material in the forum.
• • We can remove posts or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
• • Anything you post is your own responsibility — we don't pre-moderate posts before they go live.

Availability

We work to keep 11Prime available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and content (including new episodes) is added over time. We may update, add to, or retire parts of the site, and we'll try to give notice of any change that affects access you've already paid for.

Liability

11Prime is a revision aid, not a guarantee of exam success or school entry — results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things that can't be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. We'll update the date above when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
